Registration

The 'Registration' page handles settings for online registration for the event. You can control aspects such as times, deadlines, contact information, waitlists, and the number of spaces for attendees. You may also choose (or create) templates for feedback, informing and reminding registrants of their status. The online forms presented to the registrants can also be custom tailored with styles and data fields of your choosing; for information on customizing the registration form itself, see "Registration Form Set-Up."

Registration Form Setup

The registration form presented to registrants may be tailored for content and appearance via a wizard for adding, ordering, and changing fields. By default the registration form will have your brand's set of fields (if you have custom branding). You may use your brand's field set or a common field set as a springboard to create an event-specific custom field set. You may also customize a set of fields for your form from scratch. Any of these methods will produce an event-specific copy for you to work with.  See "Registration Form Set-Up" for more information.

Note: Choosing the Brand or Common option after customizing your form fields will overwrite all customizations.

Note: You cannot modify the registration form fields after people have registered for your event. If you need to make a modification at that point, you must first clear the registrants from the Manage Registrants page.
