How to View an Event's Publication Status
- Open the event in which you're interested. The event will open within Sundial's Event Manager.
- Click "Publish Event" in the navigation bar. The present publication status of the event with respect to target audiences will appear within the "Publication Status" columns.
The first publication status column presents the current publication status of the event.
Icon Meaning
SuggestedThe event has been suggested for publication to this target audience and awaits review by an approver for this audience.
QueuedThe event has been queued for publication to this target audience by an event approver. The event has been reviewed, but a publication decision has not yet been made.
ApprovedThe event has been approved for publication to this target audience.
ConditionalThe event has been conditionally approved for publication to this target audience.
DeclinedThe event has been reviewed by an approver of events for this target audience and declined for publication.
RetractedThe event has been retracted from publication to this target audience. The second publication status column specifies whether the event has been frozen by an approver for the target audience.
Icon Meaning
NOT - FROZENThe event's publication status is not frozen and may be modified by the publishing workflow system.
FROZENThe event's publication status has been frozen for this target audience by an approver for this audience. The publishing workflow system may not modify this event's publication status.
