  2. I am managing a development event and I would like to have an option for someone to make a tax-deductible donation without registering for an event. How do I do this?

    It is not recommended that you allow individuals to make donations without registering for an event, as this is beyond the scope of Sundial and is not easily set-up. Please direct non-registrants to one of the University’s online giving pages. For those who are registering for the event, you can designate a portion of their event payment as tax-deductible or allow them to add an additional donation to their registration. For more information on this, see the Online Giving section.

  3. I am managing registration for an international conference. Why doesn't Sundial allow me to accept payment with international credit cards? What is another solution to this??

    At this time, Sundial is unable to process international credit cards due to the domestic address and phone number requirements. Please contact the Office of the Treasurer for alternative solutions.

  4. How do I change the cost of my event after I already have registrants?

    You cannot change the cost of your event once you have registrants. You will need to create a new event (you can do this easily by creating a duplicate of your existing event and making changes to the duplicate). You may also need to contact your existing registrants to request additional funds or offer a partial refund. Please remember that refunds cannot be processed in Sundial; you must process any refunds directly through MyVirtualMerchant.com.
