  1. How do I customize the registration status email so it is more robust than the default?

    You can customize the registration status email, confirmation screen, or any of the other screens from one of two places. If you are editing a specific event, select the blue “Edit Event” tab, then the yellow “registration” tab, and scroll to the “registration feedback templating” section. Click “create new” to edit any of the screens or emails. You can also create new templates and associate them with brands from the “Templating” menu, accessible from the main Sundial page after you log-in.

  2. I customized registration templates for my brand, but they are not syncing with my event. What's wrong?

    Most likely, you created an event and later modified the brand. An event creates a copy of the brand at the moment the event is created, and uses that copy. So to apply changes from the brand to your event, you need to re-intialize the event registration to the brand. Edit your event, select the registration tab, under the Registration Form Setup section, select Initialize and (DEFAULT) Brand's Field Set.

  3. I customized registration templates for a particular event, and I would like to use them for other events. How do I do this?

    There is not an easy way to do this. If you need the same custom templates on multiple events, you should create a brand from the start. If you already have templates from a particular event, you will still need to create a brand and copy and paste your template code into the brand. Please see Templates for more information.
